Associate - Investment Banking Advisory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance/investment banking/transaction advisory (for undergraduate student).
• Preferably for those who have SK WPEE OJK 

PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (“BRIDS”) - Investment Banking - Advisory Division is hiring for Associate Role to help us executing M&A Transaction & Corporate Finance Assignments.

• BRIDS is consistently involved in some of Indonesia’s most important assignments: 
• Controlling stake acquisition in one of the biggest gold and copper mining company in Indonesia.
• Indonesia’s biggest Telco company to acquire a company owned >1,000 tower across Indonesia. 
• Toll road company’s equity fund raising and help to finance Trans Java Toll Road construction.

Aside from M&A Transactions assignments, we are also working with companies/SOEs, with their Corporate Finance/Investment Assessment to develop a good financial decision and create values.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of projects
• Analyze company’s historical business/financial performance
• Build financial projection model
• Perform Valuation and/or Investment Assessment
• Develop transaction structure
• Develop negotiation strategy and involve in transaction negotiation
• Report to day-to-day project leaders.
